Terms & Conditions

• Pricing based on a standard size property. We do have alternative pricing for each package if the property falls under a “large” property and can be advised upon the initial site assessment.
• Coastal Lawn Solutions reserves the right to inspect all properties prior to the commencement of any subscription package.
• This is to ensure the property is at a suitable maintenance level that aligns with the scope and frequency of services provided under the selected plan. Should the property be deemed not yet maintainable within the boundaries of the chosen package, we will advise the client and offer a separate quote for the necessary initial garden tidy-up or restorative works. This assessment is designed to ensure that your property receives the appropriate level of care from day one, and that we can continue to provide consistent, high-quality service moving forward.
• The hedging/light pruning related packages all exclude major pruning, tree-lopping, stump-grinding and above gutter cuts.
• Two weeks notice required for cancellation, no lock-in contract required, unless an Elevate package selected, whereas there is a 12 month minimum.
• The schedule will be set in advance as per frequency outlined to get the maximum out of your services, should we have to reschedule due to weather or unforeseen events, your service will be prioritised at its earliest convenience.
